Katie Ellis is an APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy and a 3rd generation Phoenician. After completing her doctorate in physical therapy in 2020, she enrolled in an orthopedic physical therapy residency to further her knowledge and experience. She joined the Healthier You Clinic team as the physical therapist in July of 2023 after practicing in a high paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. Katie continues to be committed to lifelong learning through reading current literature and regularly attending continuing education courses. She believes that movement is medicine and age is just a number. Her evidence-based practice is guided by the best available research, clinical experience, and patient values. Katie enjoys working with patients to develop meaningful functional goals, as well as the plan to achieve these goals. In her free time, she enjoys endurance sports, including triathlons, mountain biking, and ultra running. In May 2025, Katie finished hiking all 43 passages of the Arizona Trail, a remote route from Mexico to the Utah border.  Over the course of 3 years, Katie traversed 800+ miles of some of the most rugged and beautiful regions of the state. 

Tyler Arnett is the Health Center Manager at the Healthier You Clinic.  He grew up in the New York and earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. After moving to Arizona, he worked in outpatient orthopedics for 13 years including 7 with Premise Health. He has been a part of the U-Haul Healthier You Clinic since it opened its door and became the Health Center Manager in 2023. Tyler is married and has two daughters.   In his free time Tyler enjoys cycling, hiking, and playing with his dog, Dora.

Marissa Brewster is the Lead Medical Assistant at the U-Haul Healthier You Clinic. She graduated from AIBT Junior College. While most of her career has been spent as a medical assistant, she also handled medical billing for a general surgeon for seven years. All told, she has been in the medical field for 23 years. Marissa loves her work and believes it is a blessing. She thrives on giving and prays that she is able to improve patients’ lives. Marissa believes that if she touches at least one person daily through encouragement and a purpose to get healthy and stay well, she is fulfilling a part of her purpose here! Marissa is the mother of six lovely children and became a newlywed in October 2024.  In December 2023, she graduated from Ignite Leadership Institute, where she is now a licensed Minister. She thrives in helping others with their health and approaches each day with open ears and an open heart. She serves as a prayer warrior in her church and in leadership.

Cylest Begay is a skilled medical assistant with over ten years of experience in healthcare. She graduated from Carrington College, where she earned recognition on the Dean’s List for her academic achievement. Cylest is committed to providing care and takes pride in helping individuals improve their health with each visit. She began her career as a medical assistant as part of her long-term goal of advancing within the nursing field. Born and raised in Arizona, Cylest is a proud member of the Navajo Nation. Outside of her professional work she enjoys reading, spending time with her son, family and friends, traveling, and attending concerts and sporting events.

Hanne Matero is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined the U-Haul Healthier You Clinic in September 2026. She graduated from Midwestern University in 2013 with a master’s degree of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies and has a diverse background in primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine. She enjoys procedures, such as trigger point injections, aspirations, joint injections, and even ingrown toenail removals. Hanne is committed to patient-centered, compassionate care, and helping her patients be the best version of themselves. She loves U-Haul’s wellness approach on health. When she is not working, Hanne loves to ice skate, hike, read books, and relax at home with her husband and five children.
